Cancellation terms: BOOK AND PAY NOW TO GET A 10% DISCOUNT ON THE TOTAL OF YOUR STAY.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 7 days from the date of arrival, due to force majeure, we will guarantee you a credit of the same amount and VALID FOR 24 MONTHS for a stay on different dates.

BOOKING POLICY
This booking is prepaid and provides for the possibility to change the stay to another date within 7 days of the expected arrival date. The amount paid will be understood as a credit towards the hotel. This amount will be recognized by issuing a voucher that can be used within the next 24 months, subject to availability and any rate adjustment.

In the event of cancellation or amendment:

• Up to 7 days prior to arrival (By 01:00 on 11/2/21): Not refundable
• Cancellations or subsequent amendments: Penalty the total amount
